Synopsis:

CCabort(port,channel)

Arguments:

       port – The logical E1/T1 port number.

channel – The channel number.

Description:   This function  aborts a CCwait() call on a particular port and channel.    

Returns:  Return 0 on success or -1 if a bad port or channel is given.
